Only what is needed to write and send your resignation:
Your payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Please don't send us health information, details of a grievance, or anything about a dispute. We don't need it, we don't want it, and those matters are outside what we do.
We use your information to perform the contract you entered into with us: to draft your notice, send it to the recipient you nominated, and handle the replies. That is our lawful basis for everything above.
We keep a record of the transaction because we are legally required to retain financial records.
We do not use your information for marketing. We will not add you to a mailing list or send you anything other than correspondence about your own order.
Your resignation, and only your resignation, goes to the recipient you nominate at your employer. Nothing else about you is disclosed to them.
We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or transfer it to anyone else.
We delete your order details once your matter is closed and the correspondence period on your order has ended, other than the transaction record we are required to retain.
If you want your details deleted sooner, ask and we will do it, provided your notice has already been sent and no correspondence is outstanding.
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Email notices@noticebureau.com and we will respond within a month, usually much sooner.
If you think we have handled your information badly, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would rather you told us first so we can put it right.
We set no cookies unless you say yes. If you arrived from one of our ads, we ask permission to set a single Google Ads cookie, which tells us only that a click became an order. It does not identify you to us and we run no other analytics or tracking. Decline and nothing is set.
Our host records standard server logs for security and reliability. Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout pages, covered by Stripe's privacy policy.
