We write it and send it within 24 hours. Plain, professional, correctly worded, citing your notice period and final working day. You are copied on it. Anything they reply, we forward to you.

What we won't do

We send a decision you have already made. That is an errand, not legal work. If your situation is on this list we refund you the same day and tell you who to call instead.

A grievance you want raised, or one already open

Discrimination, harassment or bullying you want acted on

Constructive dismissal, or any tribunal claim

Sick leave, maternity leave, or a live redundancy consultation

A disciplinary process, or notice of dismissal already given to you

Leaving without working your notice, which is a breach of contract

An employer-sponsored visa

If it is one of these, you need someone who can advise you, not someone who runs an errand.

This is a manual service. A person reads your form and writes your notice. Not a template, not a bot. That is why it takes up to 24 hours and why we answer every email ourselves.

Full refund any time before it is sent. No questions, no form. After it has gone we cannot unsend it, which is worth sitting with for a minute before you pay.

We are not lawyers and never pretend otherwise. Nothing we send you is legal advice. For advice on your position, speak to an employment lawyer or your union.

Your details go to one person and are deleted once your notice is confirmed. We never contact your employer about anything except your resignation.
